At Fjällräven SEA, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if a product doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in original condition with all tags attached and proof of purchase included.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Return
Log into your account portal or contact our customer service team to request a Return Authorization (RA) number and select your reason for return.
- 2.Pack Your Items
Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags and labels are intact to prevent damage during transit.
- 3.Ship to SEA Hub
Affix the provided shipping label or address the package to our regional distribution center using a trackable courier service of your choice.
- 4.Quality Check & Refund
Once our warehouse team verifies the item's condition, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
